What We Do
Axis advises on buying and selling companies and assets, forming and dissolving partnerships, long-term contracts, reorganizations, bringing partners into projects and complex negotiations with a range of counterparties. It helps define the structure, leads the negotiation and sees the deal through to closing. The mandate and responsibilities are agreed with the clients in line with Axis's Governance practices.
Who Advises
The partners have spent the last two decades negotiating and structuring transactions. They know where a deal tends to stall and how to move it forward. Their experience as investors also informs the advice they give. When a transaction requires legal services, those are provided by a separately engaged law firm.
