This site uses no third-party cookies, trackers or advertising tools. Axis does not sell, monetize or otherwise commercially exploit user or visitor information, directly or indirectly. The servers log IP address, date, time and page accessed, for the statutory retention period, for security purposes and to comply with article 15 of the Brazilian Internet Framework.
When you write to the address given under Contact, you provide your name, e-mail address and the content of the message. These data are used only to reply and to handle the matter raised. Should a new and compatible purpose arise, Axis will ask for your consent or state the applicable legal basis.
Legal Bases
Processing rests on Axis's legitimate interest in keeping a communication channel, on compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and, where applicable, on the consent of the data subject.
Storage and Security
Data are kept in a restricted-access environment for as long as the purposes described or the law require, with technical and administrative controls against unauthorized access, loss, destruction or alteration.
Sharing
Axis does not sell personal data. Sharing occurs only with service providers bound by confidentiality; for the exercise of rights in judicial, administrative or arbitral proceedings; when required by law or by order of a competent authority; or with the consent of the data subject. In the event of an international transfer, Axis ensures an adequate level of protection under article 33 of the LGPD.
Your Rights
You may at any time request confirmation that processing exists, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of data, portability, information about sharing, deletion of data processed on the basis of consent and withdrawal of consent. Requests are handled within the statutory deadlines.

Requests and questions should be sent to contato@axis.com.br with "personal data" in the first line. The message is forwarded to the data protection officer, who replies within a reasonable time.
Changes
Updated versions of this policy are published on this page with the revision date. Material changes in the way data are processed are communicated through the available contact channels.
Governing Law and Venue
This policy is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the City of Rio de Janeiro are chosen for any dispute.
